The candidate will administer respiratory therapies, manage airways, and respond to critical situations, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and high-quality care. Night shifts and weekend rotation are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required depending on unit.
• CRT certification and BLS certification are required.
• 1+ year of experience as a respiratory therapist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and assign staff, answer technical questions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform and supervise blood gas analyses, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
• Document care plans and participate in interdisciplinary rounds for optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer respiratory therapies, ventilator support, and aerosolized medications per orders.
• Respond to rapid response and code blue situations and perform CPR when needed.
• Assist with bronchoscopy procedures and patient transport as required.
