Job summary

HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Florida is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Care team on a Full Time Nights schedule. The RT will plan, direct, and deliver respiratory care in line with the Florida Respiratory Care Practice Act and physician orders.

The role requires CRT certification, an Associate Degree, and ACLS/BCLS within 30 days of start. No travel and no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS certifications required within 30 days of start date.
• CRT certification with active licensure required.
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and planning in patient care.
• Coordinate with nursing and medical teams to ensure quality care.
