HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Florida is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Care team on a Full Time Nights schedule. The RT will plan, direct, and deliver respiratory care in line with the Florida Respiratory Care Practice Act and physician orders.

The role requires CRT certification, an Associate Degree, and ACLS/BCLS within 30 days of start. No travel and no prior experience required.

Qualificações

• CRT certification with active licensure required.
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The RT demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient. The Respiratory Therapist / Technician is responsible and accountable for the planning, directing and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Florida Respiratory Care Practice Act, physician’s orders, recognized Respiratory Care techniques, policies procedures, established standards and administrative policies.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (CRT-State) Certified Respiratory Therapist
• Associate Degree
