Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and finger stick collection according to lab protocol.
• Ensures proper patient identification and specimen labeling.
• Handles pre- and post-analytic steps of lab orders.
• Monitors quality control and assurance requirements.
• Delivers quality service to patients and clinicians.
• Adheres to infection control policies.
• Participates in education and staff meetings.
• Works every other weekend and holidays.
• Maintains data management and documentation under supervision.
