Job summary

Qualifications

• Perform light housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance and emergencies.
• Assist residents to meals and activities, ensuring safety and attendance.
• Provide emotional support during move-in and adaptation to the community.
• Communicate resident status and concerns to nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
