The Medication Assistant (MA) at Good Samaritan Society provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of a charge nurse. They administer prescribed medications and monitor residents' conditions per plan of care.

Responsibilities include vital signs, basic health care tasks, assisting with meals, housekeeping and wellness activities in a supportive environment. Night shifts with differential pay apply where indicated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification may be required by state; see local requirements.
