Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board required or in process within four months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16 and prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, and vital signs as needed.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
