Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 18; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Annual competency testing and 12 hours of continuing education required.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.
Iowa: CNA certification with State Board of Nursing; Minnesota: CMA course; North Dakota: CMA/MA certification requirements; South Dakota: CMA course.

Responsibilities
