Job summary

Korda Manufacturing is seeking a Production Associate to support the production line at our facility in KO. You will assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality standards, helping meet production targets with careful attention to detail.

You will operate machinery, read instructions, and work with the team to identify process improvements and maintain a safe, efficient workspace. Shift details and teamwork are emphasized on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Performing assembly tasks, such as operating machinery, using hand tools, and following detailed instructions to assemble components and products.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Packaging finished products in a timely and efficient manner, following packaging guidelines and ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning of equipment and tools to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
