TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community HeartFields at Cary for the 3rd shift, 11 PM to 7 AM. The role provides hands-on care and support to residents in a safe Home-like environment.

Qualified candidates will possess a High School diploma or GED; CNA certification preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills help you engage with residents, families, and teammates while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, and transfers as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
