Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community HeartFields at Cary. The 1st Shift runs from 7A to 3P and the role involves providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a home-like setting.

Requirements include a Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members. Experience with seniors is preferred, and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation).
• Support residents to promote independence, dignity, and safety.
