Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Cary, NC, is hiring Care Givers for HeartFields at Cary on 2nd shift, 3PM–11PM. The role provides hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment, helping maintain dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include keeping rooms and work areas clean, assisting with daily living activities, supporting mobility and personal care, and engaging residents in life enrichment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management, and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
