Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. The role offers $12.00 per hour with full benefits for full-time staff and 401(k) with a company match.

You will help participants with daily living, skills development, and community integration, while building meaningful relationships and promoting independence. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
