Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Assistant for full-time nights in our Assisted Living community in Santa Barbara, CA. You will support residents with personal care, monitor safety, and promote independence under supervision.

Position requires weekend/holiday availability, CPR certification, and prior caregiving or memory-support experience. Shifts are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a 4/2 rotation; on-site role with solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or memory support experience.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and safety.
• Support independence and participation in activities.
• Work evenings/nights and weekends as scheduled.
