Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Assistant for the On-Call/Nights in Santa Barbara to provide personal care and ensure residents' safety in the assisted living setting.

You will support residents, encourage independence, and adapt to evening, overnight, and weekend schedules with on-call duties.

This role offers shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or memory support experience.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in personal care and protection of residents.
• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and help residents maximize independence and participation.
• Shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends; on-call/per diem; must have weekend and holiday availability.
