Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking a Care Partner (2 South) for the 7pm–7:30am shift. The CNA-required role assists staff and patients, supports safe care, and performs charting to keep patient records accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• CNA certification required.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Apply cardiac monitor per policies, procedures and orders.
• Complete tasks aligned with infection control standards.
• Document and report care delivered under RN supervision.
• Maintain knowledge through orientation and competency activities on unit.
• Promote safety with fall risk, skin risk precautions and patient-specific measures.
• Support patient comfort and mobility through ambulation, turning and repositioning.
• Provide direct age-appropriate care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living, perform EKGs and finger-stick sugars, and bladder scans.
• Support relationship-based care with compassionate, holistic patient, family, and coworker interactions.
