Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln is seeking a Care Partner / CNA for the 3 East unit. The role involves providing assistance to staff and patients, ensuring a safe, supportive environment, and performing charting tasks under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include infection control, patient mobility support, EKGs, finger-stick sugars, and direct patient care. Requires HS diploma and active IL CNA with BLS/CPR within 90 days, with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Active CNA in the State of IL or a valid CNA license.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists with direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Performs charting to ensure accurate patient records.
• Aids in infection control and safety measures.
• Maintains fall risk and skin risk precautions for patients.
• Assists with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks.
• Provides age-appropriate care and supports family and co-workers.
