Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applies cardiac monitor in alignment with policies and orders.
• Maintains infection control standards and documents care.
• Documents and reports care delivered under RN supervision.
• Maintains knowledge through orientation, unit in-services, and competency activities.
• Promotes safety with fall risk and skin precautions; assists with mobility and comfort.
• Provides direct age-appropriate care and assistance with activities of daily living, EKGs, finger-stick glucose, and bladder scans.
