Job summary

Sunrise Services, INC. is seeking an After-Hours Coordinator for our Supported Living program in Everett, WA. This role supports clients during nights and on-call hours, supervising staff and coordinating care to ensure safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities include weekly home visits with overnight staff, managing urgent issues, training DSPs, and reporting incidents. A strong focus on dignity, respect, and compliance with regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Make visits to each home that has awake overnight staff at least once a week on a rotating schedule.
• Visit homes with Restrictive Procedures every 48 hours on a rotating schedule and ensure procedures are followed.
• Work direct care shifts as needed to ensure staffing and medication coverage when required.
• Respond to Urgent Call Center calls during On Duty and On Call hours and coordinate with supervisors.
• Assist Direct Care Supervisor with quality assurance and staff training, and report issues promptly.
• Ensure clients' health, safety, and independence while promoting dignity and rights.
