Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and makes diagnoses, and plans care.
• Identifies and documents expected outcomes and plans.
• Implements and evaluates nursing care with timely documentation.
• Leads process improvements to improve quality and efficiency.
• Participates in operations and unit activities as scheduled.
