Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current MI license.
• BLS certification required by AHA or Red Cross.
• Six months acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care and execute medical orders.
• Lead and delegate tasks to nursing staff and assistants.
• Coordinate with physicians to plan care and discharge/transfer planning.
• Facilitate patient conferences and ongoing teaching needs.
• Precepts/mentors new employees and students.
