Qualifications

• Identify colors and color-coded materials accurately.
• Use air hose and broom for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Push/pull and lift tasks as required by the job.

Responsibilities

• Follow all department safety rules and company policies.
• Stand/walk for long periods and operate carding machines.
• Feed raw material into chute and manage fiber processing.
• Inspect sliver quality and remove impurities to prevent mix.
• Maintain logs, report issues, and perform routine cleaning.
• Identify blends with correct ID color codes and ensure quality.
