Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Medical Telemetry at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time/night shift role (7pm-7:30am) entails 36 hours per week with rotating weekends. Travel none required.
Responsibilities include independent patient care, applying the nursing process, supervising unlicensed staff, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes and safety. IL licensure and BSN preferred; BLS/CPR required.
Qualifications
- Current registered nursing license in the State of IL required.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experience.
