Job summary

Endeavor Health's Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cardiac Medical Telemetry. The 7pm-7:30am night shift with rotating weekends offers a 36-hour workweek and full-time status. The RN will provide safe, compassionate care on a dedicated unit and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.

LICENSE: IL RN, NLN-accredited program, BSN preferred, BLS/CPR required. Prior nursing or CNA experience recommended for new grads.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
