Job summary

Banner Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming seeks a Monitor Technician / CNA to provide continuous observation of cardiac monitoring and patient care on the night shift. You will monitor 40–60 patients, escalate rhythm changes, assist with ADLs, charting, and support nursing staff to ensure optimal patient safety.

This full-time night position requires BLS, CNA licensure in the practice state, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current CNA in state of practice required.
• ECG/EEG interpretation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient rhythms continuously for abnormalities.
• Notify clinical staff of changes and alarms.
• Assist with ADLs and charting as needed.
• Maintain logs of activity and monitoring data.
• Support nursing staff and other departments on the floor.
