Job summary

FIS is hiring a Card Production Associate to operate payment card manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced facility. You will load materials, run printers and inserters, monitor performance, and ensure products meet quality standards and production deadlines.

We value attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork. The shift pattern is three 12-hour shifts followed by four days off; overtime may be required. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior production experience preferred.

• Experience in production/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate card production machines, inserters, printers and other production equipment.
• Set up equipment and load materials according to production requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and clear routine malfunctions to maintain production flow.
• Complete repetitive production tasks accurately, safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and accuracy.
• Meet productivity expectations and production deadlines.
• Follow established operating, quality and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain an organized work area and properly handle production materials.
• Communicate equipment, material or quality issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support additional production activities based on operational needs.
