Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for a 180-day seasonal overnight shift at Kenner, LA. The role emphasizes sales-oriented customer service, efficient rental processing, and friendly, proactive assistance to customers at the exit booth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Must be able to work the listed overnight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer additional Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain booth appearance and ensure stock of supplies.
• Greet and assist customers, providing undivided attention.
• Assist with directions and local area information; resolve issues.
