Job summary

Samtec seeks Night Shift Machine Operators for our Wilsonville, OR cable production plant. Pay starts at $22.00/hr with a 0.75/hr night differential. Shifts run 12 hours, 3 days per week, with full benefits.

Training is provided, and there is an annual bonus plus a 5% 401(k) match and 7% profit sharing contribution. We value hands-on problem solvers who can read job specs and work with supervisors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Good computer entry skills with attention to detail.
• Good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run jobs for customer orders.
• Maintain a high level of quality and on-time delivery standards.
• Manage job inventory per established methods and procedures.
• Complete and maintain the required paperwork.
• Enter Maintenance Requests on a computer when machine issues are identified.
• Follow approved processes for tooling, sheets, prints and work instructions.
