H3 Manufacturing Group, LLC is seeking a BusBar Operator for the night shift in Oxford, NC. You will safely set up, operate, and monitor a Vaski Busbar Machine to fabricate copper and aluminum busbars per engineering specs and schedules.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Prior CNC or automated fabrication experience is a plus; willingness to work 10-hour shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED.
• Experience reading blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience with CNC or automated fabrication equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Vaski Busbar Machine to cut, punch, bend, and process busbars per drawings and work instructions.
• Load raw materials into the machine and unload finished products safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Verify dimensions using calipers, tape measures, squares, and gauges.
• Perform routine machine setup, tool changes, and program selection.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and productivity.
• Inspect finished busbars for dimensional accuracy and workmanship.
• Identify and report malfunctions or quality concerns to supervision or maintenance.
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work area and follow safety policies.
