FC Industries in Dayton, OH is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for BarSplice Products to lead a portion of the night production team, drive safety, quality, and on-time output, and mentor operators.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of production experience, hands-on CNC knowledge, and proven leadership. Strong problem-solving, communication, and a self-starter mindset are required for growth within our expanding manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on CNC experience in a production environment.
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support part of the BarSplice night shift production team.
• Train and develop machine operators.
• Troubleshoot CNC and other machines with common production issues.
• Monitor production, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
