Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing in Van Buren, IN is hiring a Bulk Receiver for night shifts to keep production moving. You will receive and unload bulk ingredients, operate equipment, and help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Starting pay is $24/hour with a $3/hour night shift premium, increasing to $24.50 at 90 days and $25/hour at six months. The role includes benefits, training, and opportunities to grow within an essential food manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience operating production equipment in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for operating production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload bulk ingredients; route to correct storage.
• Operate and monitor production and bulk equipment to meet safety and quality standards.
• Fill and empty kitchen oil tanks as needed.
• Monitor delivery controls; troubleshoot equipment or communication issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain delivery, ingredient transfer, and quality records.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule deliveries based on production needs.
• Communicate with plant personnel about schedules and equipment issues.
• Safely operate powered industrial vehicles and keep areas clean.
