Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing, based in Van Buren, Indiana, is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate and monitor production and packaging equipment. You will perform equipment adjustments, ensure quality and food-safety checks, and collaborate with your team to hit production goals.

The role offers a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off, starting pay of $21.00/hour and premiums for night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
• Make equipment adjustments and troubleshoot minor operating issues.
• Inspect products and complete required quality and food-safety checks.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow GMPs, sanitation requirements, and safety procedures.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Report equipment problems, safety concerns, and quality issues promptly.
• Communicate equipment conditions, production updates, and outstanding issues during shift handoffs.
• Work with your team to meet production goals and identify ways to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
