Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Bread Production Team Member for a 8:00 pm - 4:10 am shift to ensure production goals are met while upholding food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

You will prepare bakery products, manage daily prep and distribution sheets, and maintain equipment safety and proper documentation. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication with fellow Team Members.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in following procedures.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -10 to 100 degrees.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Ensure coolers and shelves are clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Follow food safety, cleaning procedures, and HACCP/FSMA documentation.
• Monitor safety of equipment and report issues to Leadership.
