Whole Foods Market in Aurora, CO is seeking a Bread Production Team Member for a 8:00 pm - 4:10 am shift. You will collaborate with teammates to meet production goals while upholding strict food safety, freshness, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include preparing bakery products, following prep lists, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper rotation. You will monitor temperatures, safety practices, and documentation, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Stand or walk at least 8 hours with required movements.
• Read, understand and follow basic English.
• Able to work in a temperature range from -10 to 100 degrees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Ensure proper rotation, cleanliness and food safety.
• Monitor waste, spoilage and product transfers.
• Adhere to HACCP, FSMA and required documentation.
