Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Bread Production Team Member for a 4:00 PM–12:10 PM shift in Colorado. You will work with team members to meet production goals while upholding strict standards of freshness, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities include scaling bakery products, following daily prep lists, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to HACCP/FSMA documentation. Must be 18+ with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions clearly.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock rotation of coolers and shelves.
• Adhere to food safety, cleaning, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Monitor waste and spoilage and document transfers as required.
• Complete required trainings and attend meetings as scheduled.
