Job summary

Sazerac Company in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Bottling Laborer to support the bottling line, handling materials, inspection, packing and equipment tasks on the night shift (5:00 PM–3:00 AM). Overtime may be required on Fridays and weekends.

You will follow safety, food safety, quality and environmental standards, monitor production, and contribute to continuous improvement while building strong cross-team relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, or other industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Support bottling line operations including case feeding, bottle feeding, inspection, packing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards while identifying and reporting safety concerns or operational issues.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality expectations and production schedules.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support team performance.
• Build positive working relationships across teams while maintaining professional and respectful communication.
