Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Boiler Operator II to maintain HVAC and mechanical systems, including boilers, chillers, and related equipment. You will monitor equipment, perform safety inspections, and dispatch CMMS work orders to ensure timely repairs.

Required are a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least three years of boiler/chiller/mechanical experience; strong communication and prioritization skills are essential. Night/weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of boiler/chiller/mechanical experience.
• Proficient communication and ability to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC and mechanical systems and related safety inspections.
• Monitor and inspect boiler steam, condensate, chillers, booster pumps, tube stations and elevators.
• Serve as dispatcher for CMMS and respond to work requests promptly.
• May work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed (approved by Supervisor).
