IPEX in Pineville, NC is seeking a Blending Operator for night shift to run mixers, pelletizers, and conveying systems used in producing pipe and fitting materials. You will ensure product quality, safety compliance, and efficient plant operation while upholding housekeeping standards.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automated and semi-automated mixing equipment to blend materials according to production requirements.
• Operate extrusion and pelletizing equipment to produce compounds meeting quality specs.
• Transfer powdered materials through pneumatic conveying systems and manage material transfers.
• Operate liquid transfer systems to unload tanker trucks into storage vessels.
• Handle resins, carbon black, and micro-ingredients per formulations.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and cost control while supporting plant goals.
