Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States is seeking an entry-level Operator to join the production team. You’ll operate and monitor equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure every item leaving the line meets high standards.

This night-shift role (Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) is on-site in Bohemia, NY, with onboarding in week one and benefits including a 401k match and healthcare coverage. The role emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
