Job summary

RTP Company in Fort Worth, TX seeks a production associate to operate and monitor extrusion and mixing equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will follow procedures, weigh ingredients, and ensure quality while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs, pass forklift and respirator tests, and work Sunday through Thursday from 11 PM to 7 AM. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and high school diploma is desired.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred forklift experience.
• Preferred previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate machinery according to procedures.
• Weigh ingredients to meet specifications and ensure correct delivery to the line.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Document work and maintain data integrity.
