Job summary

RTP Company, a global thermoplastics compounder headquartered in Winona, Minnesota, seeks an extrusion operator to set up and run thermoplastic extrusion equipment at our Fort Worth manufacturing site. You will blend, mix, package, and transport materials to produce customer products, ensuring continuous, quality production.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and complying with safety and ISO standards. High school diploma preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized procedures.
• Able to operate and monitor extrusion equipment to ensure quality production.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift.
