Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Forklift and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records and weigh ingredients as specified.
• Weigh/measure ingredients using computer software or manually.
• Load ingredients into blender in batch order; verify labels.
• Maintain equipment, area cleanliness, and 5S standards.
• Identify CCPs and support shift handoffs and team meetings.
