You will operate blade grinding equipment to produce high-quality razor blades in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, be able to read gauges, perform basic math, and work with precision tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years manufacturing experience or related technical certification.
• Ability to read and interpret instruments and gauges.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, division, percentages).
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (verbal and written).
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate blade grinding equipment to produce high-quality razor blades.
• Set and adjust controls to regulate machining.
• Maintain specifications by observing quality standards and using precision measurement equipment.
• Resolve production problems and troubleshoot equipment; notify supervisor as needed.
• Keep machines and work area clean and organized; document actions in production/quality records.
