Qualifications

• Must read and interpret instruments and gauges.
• Must calculate basic math, including percentages.
• 2 years manufacturing experience in roles such as CNC Operator or Machine Operator.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent mechanical and quality awareness.
• Experience with high-speed machinery operation.
• Basic blueprint reading knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate blade grinding machines in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Set and adjust machine controls.
• Monitor quality using precision measurement equipment.
• Troubleshoot production problems and escalate as needed.
• Keep machines and work area clean.
• Document actions in production and quality records.
