Wing Assistant is seeking a French-English Customer Service Representative to work remotely on a full-time basis. You will respond in French and English, handle calls, and coordinate swift support for guests with a focus on accuracy and privacy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech savvy and familiar with CRM and VoIP tools.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in EST.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client emails and portal requests in French and English.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, prioritizing urgent needs.
• Assist customers with their needs and coordinate swift resolutions.
