Job summary

Rosecrance Behavioral Health in Champaign, IL, is seeking a dedicated overnight supervisor to directly supervise clients and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. The role supports continuity of addiction treatment services and adherence to regulatory standards, with a $18.00 per hour base pay and a $0.50 shift differential on the 3rd shift.

Work Sun-Wed 9pm-7:30am onsite at Champaign Moreland, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate and document in electronic systems.
• Accurate completion of required documentation within the time frames.
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled hours and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required.
• Supervise and manage the behavior of the clients and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
• Perform bed checks at varying intervals as prescribed, to ensure the clients comfort, safety and well-being. Complete concurrent documentation of the completion of these checks.
• Read all charts and obtain pertinent information from staff of previous shift, utilize during the night shift and relay to morning staff, if appropriate.
• Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with required licensing rules and regulations.
• General cleaning duties as required.
• Inventory incoming clothing and supplies of clients for quantity and specifically check for contraband items. Inventory outgoing clothing and supplies of clients.
• Oversee the neatness of the unit and the proper use of the equipment and supplies and inform the proper person when supplies or repairs are indicated.
• If designated, monitor self-administration of medicine by clients and record information on medical log.
• Serve as a member of the residential team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
• Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
• Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
