Qualifications

• Experience supervising clients in a residential or behavioral health setting.
• Ability to document accurately in electronic systems and complete records timely.
• Skilled in applying behavioral management techniques and de-escalation.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet agency insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise addicted clients during the night shift.
• Provide safe, ethical, and therapeutic care in accordance with standards.
• Read charts and relay pertinent information to morning staff.
• Perform bed checks and document findings in medical logs.
