Rosecrance Moreland - Champaign, IL is seeking a full-time position to supervise clients and support recovery through behavioral interventions and daily living skills. The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with pay based on education, experience, and credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must qualify as an MHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule.
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Computer proficiency required and documentation in EHR.
• Ability to complete required documentation within time frames.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance.
• Belief in Rosecrance mission.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and apply behavioral interventions as needed.
• Implement therapeutic activities and develop independent living skills.
• Educate clients on symptom management and coping skills.
• Consult with staff and plan daily therapeutic direction.
• Attend staff meetings and document accordingly.
• Maintain client service records per rules and regulations.
• Oversee house cleanliness and proper use of equipment.
• Transport clients to Rosecrance buildings or hospitals as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and model positive guest relations.
• Assume related responsibilities delegated by management.
