Qualifications

• HS/GED required and willingness to work nights.
• Ability to document in electronic systems accurately.
• Supervise clients and apply behavioral interventions.
• Maintain licensing-compliant client service records.
• Perform bed checks and ensure client safety.
• Flexible shift hours; overtime may be required.
• Deliver respectful, compassionate care per policy.
• Follow Rosecrance Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise addicted clients at night in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Provide continuity of program services following regulatory standards.
• Oversee unit cleanliness and proper equipment use.
• Record medications and clinical notes in the medical log if required.
• Relay pertinent information to morning staff for shift handoff.
• Participate in residential team meetings and activities.
• Contribute to high-quality customer service for clients and families.
