Rosecrance Harrison Campus in Rockford, IL is seeking a Night Supervisor to directly supervise addicted clients during third shift, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate and document in electronic systems.
• Ability to complete required documentation within time frames.
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques.
• Overtime may be required.
• Supervise and manage client behavior and interventions.
• Perform bed checks as prescribed and document.
• Maintain records per licensing rules and regulations.
• General cleaning duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise addicted clients at night.
• Provide continuity of program services in a safe environment.
• Oversee the residential unit's neatness and equipment use.
• Record medical logs when monitoring meds.
• Participate in residential team meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Ensure compliance with Rosecrance policies.
• Perform bed checks and hand over to morning staff.
• Complete concurrent documentation of checks.
